But here’s the problem — when you don’t really know how much sugar or calories you consume, it’s easy to go overboard without realizing it.<br />
The solution isn’t restriction — it’s awareness.<br />
I don’t avoid sweets anymore. I just record them in my calorie tracking app.<br />
